  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic minced)
  • 1 tsp. seasoning (or regular) salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder


  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder

  3. Cook about 12-15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
