Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

  • 1 Large Catamaran (just kidding) This picture was taken on my dear friends' boat. I always bring lots of yummy food when we go out sailing!
  • 1 8 oz. package Smoked Sockeye Wild Salmon
  • Horseradish sauce (Whole Foods)
  • 2 sprigs Fresh dill weed
  • Crackers (water or gluten-free)
  • Capers Optional


  1. Lay the crackers on a pretty serving dish or tray

  2. Put a bit of the smoked salmon on top of each cracker

  3. Put a dollop of the horseradish sauce on top of each one

  4. Snip some fresh dill on top of each one with kitchen shears

  5. Optional: Put capers on top of the sauce prior to adding the dill weed
