Grilled Chicken Breast with Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Bell peppers (mix colors)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut peppers into big chuncks

  2. Slice zucchini into big slices

  3. Grill chicken and veggies over medium heat (adding olive oil if needed)

    Serve with brown rice, quinoa, or gluten-free pasta if desired
