Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Large Catamaran (just kidding) This picture was taken on my dear friends' boat. I always bring lots of yummy food when we go out sailing!
- 1 8 oz. package Smoked Sockeye Wild Salmon
- Horseradish sauce (Whole Foods)
- 2 sprigs Fresh dill weed
- Crackers (water or gluten-free)
- Capers Optional
Instructions

Lay the crackers on a pretty serving dish or tray

Put a bit of the smoked salmon on top of each cracker

Put a dollop of the horseradish sauce on top of each one

Snip some fresh dill on top of each one with kitchen shears

Optional: Put capers on top of the sauce prior to adding the dill weed
