Garlic Pepper Steak

  • 2 lbs. Round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 2 cloves Garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 TBS Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil


  1. Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil grate

    *Note: You can use the indoor grill I recommended on the tools page. It works great. I love it it! I use it in my apartment all of the time.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil , garlic and pepper.

  3. Score steak and rub with the olive oil mixture.

  4. Place steak on the prepared grill. Cook 15-20 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. 

Recipe Notes

This goes extremely well with the mashed cauliflower recipe!
