Sally’s Kickass Guacamole


  • 1/2-1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Onion-finely chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro-chopped
  • 1-2 cloves Fresh Garlic-minced
  • 1 juice Fresh lime-juiced
  • 2 whole Avocados-just ripened enough to be a little soft to the touch, not too soft
  • 1/2-1 Fresh Jalapeno-(use from a jar in a pinch)


  • 2 TBS Fresh Salsa or Pico de Gallo
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Tomatoes


  1. Put spices, jalapeno and chopped onion in a bowl.  

  2. Add chopped cilantro.

  3. Scoop avocados out of the skin into the bowl.

  4. Squeeze lime juice into bowl.

  5. Mash with a fork for chunky guacamole or use a food processor if you like it smooth.


  1. Appetizer: With organic tortilla chips or fresh veggies

    Meals: On tacos, tostados, burritos, with eggs, roast pork, chicken
